aggregate was approached by a developer who had recently acquired an underdeveloped parcel at a prominent intersection in the Brightwood section of northwest DC, across the street from the Walmart Supercenter on Georgia Avenue NW. Running the project through all of the zoning requirements, aggregate developed a feasibility model for the client featuring an apartment building with four stories, a rooftop garden, a small landscaped plaza, and underground parking.
